RURO reserves the right to change each service from time to time; provided that the customer may terminate a service without penalty within 30 days of RURO`s notification of the implementation of a change to a service that seriously affects the functionality of that service if RURO does not correct the negative effects of this effect within 30 days of the customer`s written notification to RURO. RURO, its associated companies or subcontractors may fulfil some or all of RURO`s obligations and/or obligations arising from this contract. RURO support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.m Eastern Time Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. .m Eastern Time. The customer acknowledges and agrees that RURO takes care of all installations, adaptations, installations and support of the server and that neither the customer nor a third party commissioned by the customer have the right to provide such services. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of entry into force and shall continue for the period indicated above as the “Initial Period”. Upon expiration of an initial term, this Agreement is automatically renewed for additional terms of one (1) year) (an “Extension Period” each), unless Customer notifies RURO in writing of its intention not to extend no later than sixty (60) days before the end of the initial term or current extension period. Payment for the duration of the renewal is made by the customer before the expiry of the current contract. RURO will notify the customer in writing of any changes to the fees of this contract at least 90 days before the expiry of the current contract. If, for a period of thirty (30) days from the written notification to RURO of such non-conformity, the Services do not, for the most part, comply with the technical standards, the Customer may terminate the Services, provided that the defect is not caused or contributed, directly or indirectly, by acts or omissions of the Customer or its Customers, its affiliated undertakings, its representatives. Representatives, guests or licensees who are not the normal use of the services in accordance with the Directive.
In the event that the customer terminates the services in accordance with this section, RURO will only refund the payment for all remaining full years for a multi-year contract. . . .
