(9) Subject to the last two clauses above, the two governments will endeavour to reach agreement on the terms of a possible ceasefire to be concluded. Although the agreement has not been formally repealed, the United States and New Zealand no longer maintain security relations between their countries. 22. In the absence of a satisfactory international agreement on the establishment and regulation of the use of international tribal lines, the two Governments will support a system of air tribal lines controlled and operated by state-owned Governments of the British Commonwealth of Nations.
